Christine Soscia has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.  She is a founding partner of 401k Administrators (a top-producing third party administrator) and a principal of InVEST Financial Solutions for Business.  In 2004, along with her business partner, Steven Beatty, Christine decided to focus on the 401k market.  A market both of them felt was very undereducated from both the plan sponsor and participant level.  In order to become an expert in the field, in 2004 Christine enrolled in a 3 year 401k coaching program and is still active in the program today.

Christine believes her role as Plan Consultant is to provide guidance to the plan sponsor and continued education to the plan participants.  She brings her pension experience and her human resource knowledge to each partnership to meet the plan sponsors goals and objectives.
